New version with advanced constraints, improved vanishing creases, fixed Power Thicken, improved clay like shaders, improved Mirror conversion, ability to constrain only one side of Mirror, performance improvements, etc.
This video introduces new features of the Power Surfacing version `10.0 for Solidworks. The video shows how Power Surfacing Sub-D modeling can be driven by Solidworks precise geometry. Sketches, Surfaces and Solid Bodies can be used to define the shape of parts of a Sub-D model. Tangency and tangency with isometric curve direction can be used to control the Sub-D shape adjacent to Solidworks geometry. This advanced functionality and close integration between precise analytic geometry and Sub-D geometry is unique new technology only available in the Power Surfacing Add-In.
