new services and applications faster, and drastically simplify operational complexity in the WAN.

The Viptela SD-WAN offering is a segmented network overlay that uses encryption for security, enforces policies locally and from a central location, and can integrate with third party services.

The whole concept consists of four elements:

vManage

Every piece of above list plays a separate significant role in the whole environment, however to configure and operate the network we will be spending most of our time on vManage.
